This one is forged from some of Aldo's W2. The blade has been clay quenched for a nice hamon. It has been polished to about 2000 grit.

The handle is some nice cocobolo. It is contoured to fit well in the hand. The spacers are G10 and micarta and the guard is brass.

The sheath is 8-9oz hand stitched and tooled leather. The knife slips in easily, and is retained well with the keeper strap. One flick of the thumb releases the keeper and allows the knife to be drawn quickly.

Dimensions
Blade - 8" tip to guard
OAL - 13 1/2"

Price - $345 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

Beautiful knife, can we get a spine shot of the blade and also the handle. Is the handle left hand compatible, it looks to be contoured for a right hand hold from the pic. But it is in your left hand.
Thanks Doug

Matt: Very nice - that gentle recurve adds subtle and nice lines to the profile.

D762Nato, I try to make the handle as symmetrical as possible, so it fits both my right and left hand equally as well. However, the sheath is a right sided carry sheath. Here are some pictures of the spine and guard fit-up.

Thanks everyone for the comments.

By the way, there is no curve in the blade in the spine shot, it is just some sort of illusion from the camera.

Oops, I missed that you wanted a handle shot also. Here it is. the white marks on the back of the handle is from grinding dust. I was out working in the shop this morning, and am still a bit dusty.
