This is some of Aldo's W2. It was clay quenched, and polished to 2000 grit, then etched to bring out the details.

The handle is some nice deeply colored cocobolo. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy. I shaped it and polished it to fit comfortably in the hand.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It is nice and sturdy and holds the knife securely.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 5/8" tip to handle
OAL - 7 7/8"

Price - $235 shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.

I will have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp to say "I'll take it!" gets it.

Beautiful knife! One question, is the handle stabilized? A knife I bought from a different dealer last year has developed a slight crack.

Dubop, I stabilize most of my handle material, but cocobolo and Ironwood usually don't need it because of the naturally high oil content of the wood. If it is not blackwood, cocobolo or ironwood, I have it stabilized. This stuff is cocobolo, so it is natural.
