hello everyone!
here is actually another "oops" knife. it used to be alot longer, and i cracked the blade during "adjustment" after HT
so.. i picked the blade up, reshaped it, normalized, annealed, and HTed it.
and here we are. it really is a test bed for my HT techniques.

12" OAL
4" Tang
1" wide at widest point, 1/8" on the mune.
W2 steel, 2000 grit polish, etched, then polished with free abrasive
very active hamon.

the pictures are mostly to show off the hamon, i can take better pics of the geometry if you would like. i am selling the blade because i would like to focus on my HTing right now, and would otherwise just put the blade aside, which is what i will do if it doent sell and save it for when i have time.

I was hoping to get under contract for the blade. i prefer paypal. please email me at Knifemaker87@gmail.com

thanks!
i am going to try it on a stand next time, but i really appreciate your help, it worked like a champ, though i am working on the best light supply. this was done with two desk lamps... and it got some glare.
working on it.
thanks so much!

Sorry Chris , but this is not a reasonable offer site. If You want to sell off of your website making your knives available to offers, that's fine. But not here. Pricing is a PITA, But it's something you have to make firm. I'm not saying folks cant e-mail or pm making an offer, but not in the for sale section posting itself.

thanks Mark,
i just saw you post and appreciate it. i will change that, and i totally understand.
thanks again!

Hey Chris...just noticed your signature. Nothing wrong with it, we all know what you mean. But most people don't realize that before he went all "cubist" and wacky-abstract he did some very 'normal' stuff. Some of it was pretty good too!!!! So if you're painting like Picasso keep it up!! lol
