Hi guys, I have another W2 harpoon available. It was sanded to 1000 grit, etched and polished to bring out the hamon. The poon is not sharpened. Here’s the specs,

W2 5/32 thick
61RC
Tapered tang
Crosscut butterscotch paper micarta scales with black canvas micarta liners
Copper corby bolts
7 7/8 overall length
3 1/2 inch blade
Black holstex sheath, holes spaced for a large tek-lok

Do I assume that since the hamon extends to the clip, the hardness is such that it could be successfully sharpened, albeit at a larger inclusive angle?

Yes you could. I might grind some down a little thinner on the next batch for the guys that want one sharpened.
 
Good to see you on here again Jeremiah. Just carried my JJ Smith blade all through Olympic National Park a couple of weeks ago camping and hiking and fishing.
