Here is one from Aldo's W2. It is clay quenched for a nice vivid hamon. The blade was hand polished to 1500 grit and etched to bring out the details.
The handle is black canvas micarta bolsters and natural canvas micarta handle. It is sculpted and shaped to fit the hand well and is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife slides in nicely and draws easily.
