I have been making smaller knives for a while and decided to do at least some medium size blades for a while. Here is the first offering, it is forged from Aldo's W2 and clay coated for a nice hamon.

The handle is some nice ironwood. I have held a lot of knives over the years, and I love how this one feels in the hand. It is really comfortable with a nice palm swell. It is held in place with peened pins and G-flex epoxy.

The sheath is hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It holds the knife securely and allows it to draw easily.

Dimensions
Blade - 5" tip to handle
OAL - 9 7/8"

Price - $285 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

I will be keeping an eye out for the next listing, this is what I have been waiting for. That's a great looking knife Matt and nice grab ssheaf!!!

DANG that is purdy! Matt, I haven't seen a knife you've made that I haven't liked...really good stuff.

I don't know to than you or curse you, Ssheaf. I was going to buy that beauty even though I couldn't afford to spend the $$. You got one of Matt's beauties, be proud of it.
