I have a larger sized hunter for sale today. It's a one-off, in the style of my Llano Legend but bigger and with a bit more curve to the spine. This knife is W2 tool steel, flat ground and clay quenched for a hamon. The steel is a bit thicker than 3/16 and the tang is tapered. The dovetailed bolsters are mesquite, and the contoured handle is Texas Ebony. OAL is 9 inches with a 4 inch blade. The sheath is my work as well, right handed, and features oak leaf carving. This is one of the knives I had judged for my voting membership into the Knifemakers' Guild. Price is $400 TYD, paypal or MO.

Dude, are you kidding me with this one?? Tour de force man...I love the overall shape, bolsters, and that hamon is right on - the hardened zone is so consistent for the edge & tip. And a tapered tang and fancy sheath?.....you're just showing off here.
