I tried to search for W2 but got no results, probably because it was too short. I just wanted to find out a little about forged W2 as a knife steel. Good and bad, who uses it, experiences with it, that sort of thing. Thanks.
W2 is my favorite blade steel. It produces a super fine grain, super tough, high RC hardness, super hamon activity and super edge holding. All this of course, if handled properly. Really good stuff.
