Here is some of Aldo's W2. It has been clay quenched and hand sanded to 1000 grit, then etched to reveal the nice hamon.
The handle is black canvas micarta and white G-10. The G-10 is cool, you can see the layers in it. The handle is sculpted and shaped to fit the hand well and held in place with G-flex epoxy and pins.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife slides in and out nicely.
