Here is a very nice W2 forged knife. The blade has been polished to 2000 grit and it has a very nice hamon. I think I nailed the pics of the hamon also, sometimes that is difficult to do. The flats have been left with a forged finish, and the spine is fileworked.

The handle is some very nice snakewood. Snakewood is a little difficult to work with because of checking, but this one turned out well. It is a beautiful natural material that polishes up like glass. It fits my hand well and has nice contours. It is held in place with pins and acraglas.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand stitched and tooled leather. I used a fine basketweave on this one. It takes quite a bit more time to do it, but it looks a bit more refined (if you ask me)

Dimensions
Blade - 4 7/8" tip to handle
OAL - 10"

Price - $265 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it

I'll take it Matt! I've wanted one of your knives for a long time and this one is mine!!!! What's your PayPal email?

Bhauer, It is yours. I really like this one, I hope you do as well. I will pack it up tonight and try to get it out in tomorrow's mail, assuming I get out of work on in time to make it to the post office, otherwise, it will go out on Tuesday.

Thanks
Matt

Thanks Matt! I've missed several of your blades here. They go fast. It pays to watch the forum.

Wow, Matt, another stunner.
That blade is on fire!
