This is forged from some of Don Hanson's W2 and clay coated for a nice bold hamon. It was ground on the rotary platen which gives a slight convex profile.
The handle is some light colored linen micarta that is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig.
Dimensions
Blade - 4 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 9 1/4"
Price - $235 Shipped to US.
I have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp to say "I'll take it!" gets it.
