W2 Stag w/hamon

And, as always, terrific leather work by the Elder Seward

Thanks, Dick. I'm getting quite fond of "the Elder Seward's" sheaths. I love how the sheath compliments the knife...rugged, but refined. The knife wouldn't be the same without it. Ben

Thanks Y'all! Lin, this is my first go with stag...hopefully I can do more in the future.

AS everyone has said Ben, very nice work all around. I really like the use of the bronze, it has a nice warm colour to it. Hope your brother gives you a good price on the leather mate! A great compliment to a great knife.
Cheers Keith

Not yet, Kevin. My time is split pretty evenly between knifemaking and the family construction business. My goal is to see Dad safely retired and doing leatherwork within the next year or two, then go full time. Ben

I like the work on the pommel in particular, and the whole package is finished nicely.

More than the general shape of the knife is great, I love this color blade that goes very well with the stag,
the temper line is when it is a wonder

I keep coming back to look at this one. It's a super handsome piece. Perfect proportions, design and appointments. My own personal tastes would lean more towards a simple understated sheath but that's just me. That sheath is fantastic though.
