I have a couple of these kiridashi in W2. These are at 63RC. They are double hollow grind rather than the traditional chisel grind. I find they cut better for general purpose like this. The edges are thin and fairly high hardness so definitely intended for responsible knife users. The one with the cord wrap is epoxied. They are about 3.75" overall and will come with a little kydex pocket sheath. $55 shipped in the US payment by PayPal at ijmiller3567@gmail.com. Thanks!
