Here is some of Hanson's W2 that has been clay quenched for a nice hamon. It was ground on a rotary platen for a nice cross between convex and flat grind.

The handle is a wrap handle that has been soaked in boatbuilding epoxy. It is incredibly durable and there to stay. It provides really nice grip and is actually pretty comfortable.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It holds the knife securely and it still draws easily.

Dimensions
Blade - 5 7/8" tip to turk's head knot
OAL - 11 1/2"

Price - $245 shipped to US.

I have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp to say "I'll take it!" gets it.

Matt, I think that's my favorite cord wrapped knife you've done. Beautiful, all the way around!

What's the spine thickness on it?
