3/32 cpm154 blade cryoed RC of 62
belt finished
the edge is 295mm long and the blade from the front of the handle is 310mm (some measure the length from one or the other so i cover both)
edge is honed to 10k grit and is crazy sharp (has bit me once already jsut wiping it down)
the handle is wa style octagon with SS guard and spacer the ebony collar and the main being 2 tone amboyna burl

The blade is long (almost 12 inches) and thin. When I look at this knife I can imagine slicing BBQ or prime rib after a long day of slow cooking and beer drinking.
yep that about covers it or bring it out for carving the Holiday bird or ham

i have a 10 inch in O1 that i use for all the carving work here at the house (not as fancy as this knife tho)
