wa handles wonky

I can’t figure out how to post pictures!
Anyway the handle I made actually had the bolster wood separate from the main handle. I keep checking if there are hidden cameras and people are watching this and laughing at me.
I saw a post on the web of a wa handle dimensions at 26mm high and 20 wide and in the front 23mm high 18mm wide. It feels way bigger than the handles I made before but I am trying to find a universal size. Not really sure what that universal size would be. Any ideas?
I am going to now re try the dowel method let’s see

For regular kitchen knives, I make mine 24mm by 19mm in the back and 21mm by 16.5mm in the front, give or take. I like 130mm long handles. You want to adjust from there based on the size of the blade and use, I guess.

Good luck on the next one. Here is how to post pictures:
  1. Go to imgur.com and click the green "New post" button in the top-left corner.
  2. Either drag and drop your image onto the designated area or click "Choose Photo/Video" to pick it through a file dialog.
  3. Watch some ad or ignore it.
  4. Once your image appears, right-click and select "Copy image location" from the menu
  5. In the bladeforums editor, click the "Image" button on the toolbar and paste the url you just copied where it says "Image URL"
You should now see the image in the editor. It is not very complicated, give it a try.
