Wagner Urban Survival

So for those of you that have had the knife a while... what's the verdict?

While certainly concealable, it doesn't look like a knife whose blade can be readily deployed. That said, I think I might be better off with a SD-type pen.
 
I like mine. I keep it handy. There is hardly a better knife for opening packages, very sharp and easily controlled.

The only problem I have with it is the difficulty opening it. For me, it's a two-hand opener. this really doesn't bother me, since I don't go around looking for opportunities for lightning-fast deployment! :)

Mine was acceptably sharp when I got it, especially the forward portion. A few moments on a ceramic rod and the inner curve is now quite sharp as well.

That's another topic, which has been covered in Practical Tactical several times. It might be time for another thread on the question: What's a good tactical pen? :)

Why another? Because new ones are coming out all the time. Some really good pens, not just impact weapons, although they will do well at that, too.
