DEFINITLY WI. This stuff has a mind of its own. You will have fun forging it down. Funny stuff to work with. The old smithing manuals that have all the advice about Dos and Don't were talking about WI. It is unpredictable stuff. If you fold and weld it to clean it up, you will loose a lot of mass, but the resulting product is more cooperative.
