Nope, coz I tried ordering some micarta handles for my BK-11 yesterday and when I got to check out it says that they currently only ship to the US and Canada.
They made an exception for the 10.

Thanks everyone. Just got back from my birthday backpacking trip. I guess Kabar's shop will be closed for the next week or two, so either the blade got out the day I ordered it, or I'll be waiting for a little bit. Going to have to read up on the Beckerhead application process now, with a 7, 10, 11 and 13.
