Is Michelle back? Was she ever "gone"? If so, "Hi Michelle." Where is Danelle? What is going on? I'm soooooo confused. I haven't herd from Michelle in forever. Not mush out of Danelle either. Should I not "go there"? What's up? Help me out. -AR

Sheesh...
I'm here...been so swamped in CS, had to stay off for a bit to get caught up. I was the lone occupant of a 4 person department for a time, and things just got crazy! I should be here more regularly from now on. We have a new supervisor in Customer Service, and it has lightened the load considerably..(Hi Rafael!)

Michelle has always been "here" somewhere....
She gets copies of pertinent threads on a regular basis, so she's always right there with us. You can always keep in touch with me through email, too....
