Waiting for a new knife to be delivered makes me feel like a kid

I hear FLORIDA calling you....
p.s. It's nice here...

I tried Florida. I moved back after 2 years. The lack of employment opportunities in my specialty would never allow me to live there until I retire.

It has a lot of good, but unless you are in banking, real estate, or some other highly paying job....I could never live as well as I do where I'm at.

Whenever I feel like the days are passing too quickly (a feeling I don't like), I think to myself "Maybe I should order a knife. That will make time pass REAL SLOW".:D
What say after the Covid-crap is over, we meet up at the hospital ER waiting room or some dentist's office or a place where you get licence plates/driver's licences?
:D :D

Time goes so slow at those places, you swear it goes backwards! :D

I do know what you mean though. Here I sit rushing my package delivery & also wishing my wife was closer to 65 & Medicare than this coming October - knowing all the time that those seconds are gone forever & we shouldn't squander them on watching TV court shows.... ;)
