Waiting for the next Becker ESEE collaboration to hit the streets :D

I went by said knife shop that Nick425 was telling me about. There are a bunch of kitchen knives in there, and a few folders in display cases. Pretty cool for the most part, but I was also there at 11 o'clock at night and had been drinking heavily prior to seeing it :D
 
the carrot test is very interesting, I completely understand about the 'pop' that takes place when cutting carrots.

I'd like to hear how it fares slicing tomatoes, this in the kitchen has always been the tale/tale with knives for me.. :)
 
It did alright with the slicing but when I went to dice the tomatoes it didn't do as well as I thought it would. I might just need to put a better edge on it.
