Finally!
The WWII is in my possession! Guess what, it been in my apartment building for a month! I go downstairs to pay the super of visit for another package I and we go into his store room where he says "oh, yeah, since I haven't seen you in a while I forgot to give you this..." while handing me a long package with the HI address on it! I said to myself, we'll this guys head might be a good testing site for my new WWII, but I thanked him, reminded myself that we all do not-so-smart things sometimes, and bade him a good day.
I opened the package and proceeded to have a very enjoyable hour handling my new WWII. Awesome, to say the least, and very well made. Perfect for my handsize, I dare say I could have gotten the 20 inch. Much, much lighter and handier than I thought it would be. I will be able to do work with this knife. It's not at all clumsy or off balanced in an unintentioned way.

Please express my apologies to Yangdu, seeing that I called her and let her a message requesting the status of my order. All very polite, but completely unnecessary, seeing that they sent it out March 15th! Over a month it's just been sitting there wondering why no one loved it....
It has a good home now.
