That does seem high for Greek, most of the surplus seems to go for 50 cents a pop, or at least seemed to.
And again, trust me, I know 10 cents a round is a pipe dream. Hell, there's only 1 brassed case .30-06 that I know of that's 70 cents a round dealer cost.
If you have a line on non-corrosive surplus M2 ball for 50 cents a round, send me a link. Only place I can still find it for anywhere near that is the CMP, which is 110.00 for a 200 round can of loose. Supplies on surplus have dried up significantly in the last 2-3 years.
Even if I were inclined to go shopping today, which I wasn't, and thought about going to Wal-Mart, which I didn't, I wouldn't have set foot in the place because a) I knew it would be mobbed and I hate crowds and b) I was about ready to put a corkscrew through my eyeballs after trying to watch the Steelers game last night, not only did Shaun Suisham disappoint as per usual but that damned Wal-Mart ad ran every single commercial break and I swear it ran twice in the same break a few times!
I had to run to Barnes & Noble to pick up the last couple Walking Dead graphic novels that they were holding for me, and run to tractor supply to pick up $120 worth of dog food, but other than that, I worked a double shift on black Friday. I'd rather spend my entire day with the certifiably mentally ill than out in a mob of 'em in their natural environment!
The other night they showed mall goers wrestling on the floor with one Of them trying to shock the other one with a stun gun. Haven't hear of any stampedes this year so far but maybe there was some out of my area. If I have to deal with Wally World it's usually 3am.
