Schrade USA did revive the old Walden Knife Co. branding for a few knives, but i've never seen that one.
ask mod to move this to Schrade forum. folks there have deep knowledge on all things "Schrade".

I'm fairly certain either SMKW or Taylor Brands or Blue Ridge owns the rights to that name. Definitely a recent manufacture. Possibly constructed by Bear?

Oh Heck Ya.... I have several of these NIB. They are actually made by Bear and Son for SMKW just on the heals of the closing of the Schrade factory. Im not sure if Taylor was involved at that time yet. Taylor does own the Schrade name now and only thing USA they've had done is the Fire&Ice Trappers that GEC made for them.

Bear has made quite a few Schrade Walden marked knives for Taylor. I believe that Taylor owns the Walden brand as well.

When Canal Street Cutlery started up, they wanted to use the Walden Knife Co brand but Taylor stopped them.

Camillus made some also, mostly in 2005, I believe, and they are good knives. They still come up regularly and they fool a lot of people.
