From the original options listed:
4×5×6×6×2×3×3×2×5×3×2=777,600.
Which is a different result than what I'm seeing on the other calculations on this thread. Either way, "That's-a Big-a Time" Number of options for a folding knife. 🤔

I remember reading a "Variant Math Book" in my younger days (Because it was Far More Interesting than the math class lessons, that's Why 🤣)

Original options shown in post #1 of this thread were not a complete list, which is why I asked for the list that folks who ordered the custom were presented with.

On the previous page, see my post #161 and the quote there to see exactly how I arrived at the 933,120 number. :thumbsup:

Ah, Gotcha. I went with the original factors, scanned through the other computations, hadn't seen the altered factor you had for the 933K result. That's Why I wrote "Either way, that's a Big..." Number, in case there were some altered factors in the multiplicative chain.
I think if we saw 777K variations to our Right, & 933K variations to our Left, we wouldn't have enough time to discern each distinction. Yes, that's a *Lot* of variations on a folding knife, Ha! 🔪

I noticed that, too—very encouraging. Was trying to figure out why the “armored steel” forward area. The most reasonable answer I’ve come up with so far is informed by some of the pics showing how thin the back end is. Perhaps they went as thin as they could there to save on weight and bulk, applying the steel “armor” just where it was most needed for rigidity/strength? I like the fact that the back end of the handle is full height, for control, and the clip and armored areas seem to be at similar heights above the titanium substrate, which suggests a comfortable continuity there. Just speculation, of course, but it’s nice on this one to be getting the feeling that they really got it right. 👍
