I would send it at least 2 minutes early just in case to allow for the internet delay in northern Ohio.

Common knowledge, but still bears repeating....

The Weather Channel reported that since Icemegeddon '26, the utility lines are still frozen in the Ohio Valley and Eastern U.S. thereby slowing data transer by <at least> 48%.

So, I'm sending my emails NOW just to be on the safe side, ymmv.
