Walking Dead Folder Prototypes!!! . . . . Coming Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern.

Hi guys, I also scored a blind bag, but haven't received a payment email yet...so my question is, have you all been able to pay yet? I know, patience isn't my strong suit :)
From Becky "I will send an invoice via PayPal in the next few days for the balance due"

I would reach out directly to her if you don't see one today by COB.

Are the invoices for the $1 till they ship like it used to be or is the invoice for the full purchase? Jw for a friend

Long time lurker. I made it in for two blind bag knives. I also created an account simply to celebrate with ya’ll.

Is there any information on the Busse lock available? I’m curious how sturdy these will be in real world use.

Jerry says in the first post that it's a "Busse BLOCK Lock." According to Jerry in the thread announcing the GT 35 Folder:

The Busse Combat patent-pending BLOCK Lock, combined with its integral one-piece handle construction, makes the GT 35 the strongest, light-weight folding knife EVER made!!! The BLOCK Lock is NOT a crossbar lock!.

and:

The Busse BLOCK Lock surpasses the strength of every other folding knife of similar dimensions in this galaxy!

and:

Our BLOCK lock is NOT a crossbar lock. They are completely different.

I did look up the "Kershaw Diverge" but only found the SOG Diverge which is completely open on all four sides. The plastic button does cover the thumb lock hole, but I would guess that it is for cosmetic appearances only or to make the injection molded plastic button easier to mount.

Secondly, and most important of all, blocking off the "gaping holes" means that in order to be effective at blocking all dirt and debris from getting into your knife, you would need to block off the largest "gaping hole" which is the blade slot that allows all kinds of dirt and debris inside of your folder.

The "gaping holes in the handle for crap to get into" should be looked at as gaping holes that allow your knife to be cleaned out much easier with compressed air.

Hope this helps. Let's Drink!

Jerry
