Walking Dead: Helicopter in Atlanta?

im excited for the new season but i think i've forgoten too much of the rest of it so im gonna have to watch it all over again so im fresh when October gets here.

If you think the Governor is bad.... Just wait, there's worse guys coming..... If you go by the comics anyway.

COMIC SPOILERS!!!!!! HIGHLIGHT TO READ

You mean Negan? I haven't read many of the latest issues (I still need to read most of the comics actually) but I did read the issue where Negan kills a certain member in Rick's group. How is he so far compared to The Gov? I read he burns people's faces with a hot iron. Still not as bad as a bunch of fish tanks full of heads.

Also for anyone that cares

Not sure what to make of it when they say "new zombies". I know the producers want to remind people this season that walkers are still a threat so I'm curious to see what they've got planned.

Walkers, zombies, ghouls, whatever you call em... Have always been the least threatening horror ever invented regardless of what they've got up thier sleeve.

Zombie apocalypse, it poses no threat and I'd take it anyday over nuclear fallout, economical collapse, what have you.

Your biggest threat will always be other people, definitely not slow moving corpses that can be side stepped and shoulder checked out of my concerns..

Go see World War Z then tell me zombies are no threat

A million slow moving dead people who all want to eat you is pretty much worst case scenario unless you can run away

I suppose if it were a particularly aggressive type of revitalized dead that it would look a little likethis at 2:00 minutes in:

Everything after just shows how I feel about zombies in general.

All I'm saying is that I feel like the Judo/Aikido crowd, myself included, and those who have a good grounding in redirection of force would do just fine in the "zombacolypse"; at least with the type experienced in the walking dead's walkers its a cakewalk.

That's why I was such a big fan of the remake of Dawn of the Dead and 28 Days When they gave them a little bit if speed, it's the only time I've ever felt like a "zombie" actually posed a legitmate threat. Otherwise the ending of Night of the living dead remake (colorized) says it all when she just walks out the house right past them.. What a waste of time lol.

All I can say is thank God theyre fictional, but I wouldn't mind whuppin up on some if they weren't.

Looking forward to checking out World War Z and the new season of TWD, though I feel like some of the episodes are "filler", which they undoubtedly were, it kinda bored me at times, guess that's why they're lookin to step up the pace.

traditional movie zombies aren't scary on their own, but they're not meant to be fought one-on-one in isolated situations. they're supposed to scare you psychologically and tire you out--they're people you used to know, they're overwhelming in numbers, they never tire out or sleep, they don't communicate so you don't know what they're thinking, and if you're bit, you can count the hours you have left. it's probably one of the most primitive fears animals have that humans have managed to work through--getting eaten as prey--and now they're prey again, to other humans, no less

the ones I don't think are scary are the ones at supposedly satire consumerism. how, then, would I ever get my INFI?

David Morrisey AKA The Governor has been confirmed to be in S4. I'm guessing he's the one baiting the Walkers to attack the prison. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him show up till the mid season finale though.

Me either, all I know is that the 1st time we saw Action Jackson was on a finale, sat through an entire season to finally get him to Rick and now in season 4 we finally get to see him do something.
