WALKING DEAD Season 4, Sunday 10-13-13

Starting to think the same way, just lost some of it's spark and stuck in the lull again.

I tuned in for the first 5 minutes and just walked away. The show has gotten dull and repetitive. By now the zombie apocalypse is old news but these characters are still walking around in shock like it happened just yesterday; I would say the show is losing what little credibility it has left. It is just doom and gloom from a bunch of lazy losers who have refused to adapt and who have just about given up. By now I would have been driving around in an armored truck, having all kinds of fun, killing zombies and keeping score. Think Death Race 2000, with celebrity zombies worth the most.....look is that Donald Trump?....squish.....next....

Clearly the writers are out of fresh material, the remaining actors are too weak to develop interesting charasmatic characters and the show is quickly losing its audience.

Something big must be happening very soon....I was shocked that Carol was honest with Rick, shocked that she was a killer any too I didn't see that coming.

Agree there!!! Seeing her going from her whiny self in S-2 to now, big difference. Now she is assertive and embolden to not just sit on her back side and play the woe is me role, cool...

I would say Carol is protecting that creepy kid. She did say she would protect the children, take the blame and divert attention.

Yep, I was just about to say the same thing, she has figured out who really killed David and Karen and is protecting the girls.

+1 I think she stumbled upon what the creepy sister was doing, realized Ty would flip out, and decided to cover for her. Carol was just a bit too quick to accept responsibility.

Not sure how 2 tiny girls would kill and drag out those grown adults. I think Carol did it, cause it seems she's turning into a crazy psycho lady.

Kind of thinking the same thing. She seemed way to eager to claim it.

They walk in, no one expects them to do it, they use surprise to stab each one up through the chin. (Remember that the two adults were sick as dogs. Likely sleeping when the deed was done.) Then, each girl grabs a leg and drags the bodies out one at a time before lighting them on fire. Carol might have caught them as they were finishing up. Likely she'd feel horribly guilty since she's the one who secretly taught them and the other children how to kill with knives. (It would explain why she flipped out like that with the water when Ty walked up to tell her how much he appreciates that she's a caring human-being.)

Just watched this past episode and wow, this season just keeps getting better. I'm hoping they move on from the prison at some point soon but in the meantime at least there's lots of good character development and action to go around. I don't know which was cooler this episode: Daryl, Tyreese, or Michonne. All of them had some really good moments and memorable scenes.

I was disappointed with the lack of new character development.

Introduce a bunch of new folks from Woodbury, make them become the love-interests of existing characters ... Then immediately kill off nearly all of them in the first 3 episodes of the season. WTF?!

What I am interested in is:
a) who was talking on the radio?
b) how close is the huge heard of walkers to the Prison?

at this point it looks like few if any of the newcomers will survive the virus

I believe Carol did do it, I said right from the get go when we saw the bodies that someone from the original group did it. BECAUSE WE BURY OUR OWN AND BURN THE REST.
