walking the amazon

amazing journey. i watched it 3 times already. those are 2 tough guys...id like to know what footwear he used and what attention he gave his feet. a book would be great or a series....the 2hrs just wasnt enough.

Got through two pairs of wellies, three pairs of boots and four pairs of Crocs

Beyond tough...again, another vote for the universal 'machete'. These guys are special people in my book.
 
I also enjoyed the show. I would have loved to see about 5 min about their gear and their camp setup. You could catch a peek here and there, but I was interested in their pack contents and such.
 
I have seen a lot of disturbing things in my life. A lot of dead and mangled bodies in both Iraq and Stan, but when they showed them cutting up that spider monkey...reminded me to much of a little kid. I dont know if I could have stomached eating that
