Jameson is reinstated.

He was banned a couple of years ago over a transaction with PsychRN. Recently he reappeared wanting to make restitution. I emailed PsychRN and he got back to me and everything seemed to be working out, then PsychRN stopped sending me emails. I don't know what the communication problem with PsychRN is, but it seems clear to me that Jameson is making every effort to get in touch with him and make restitution, so I've reinstated Jameson pending complete resolution of this.
