Great pics, Mist. Before you said where they were taken I though it looked a whole lot like Missouri so western Illinois makes sense.
That plant you have there that looks like a big dandelion looks like Goat's Beard (tragopogon dubius).

Well...not a lot of difference between western Illinois and Eastern Nebraska is there? So I can understand that thought very well.

Lol, I think that is pretty much what Kevin did when the spider came out of the old rolled up rug when he pulled it out of some weeds beside the house we were working on.
