I am looking for a new front pocket wallet, prefer nylon but leather is OK, must hold at least 8 cards with an opening for bills-THANKS

Bill's Urban Wallet.

YMMV, but I've had three of these and all came apart within 2 years or so. You're better off going with the wallet it was patterned after, the Mission Wallet at Bladeart. I've had one of those for 10+ years and it's still going strong. Also, Bill is a serious pain to deal with, both per a friend of mine who tried calling him and per several dealers who stopped carrying his products.

I use a Wa-ben cuben fiber wallet. Its held up really well, but I don't pocket carry it, it lives in my bag-o-doom.

I'm pretty happy with my Andar Scout. I have only had it about a month; so I can't comment on longevity. It can hold 8 cards; but, with my decision to choose a "minimalist" wallet, I have opted to carry fewer. Right now, mine has my DL, debit card, one credit card, and one store card - I've got one empty card slot. I have 5 bills in the center; and the other 2 compartments are empty.

edited to add images:
Here's a picture of the wallet on a bill, for size reference.
On each side, there are two card slots - two cards per slot is no problem. There is a center slot/compartment for cash; and behind the card slots is an additional slot/compartment which can hold additional cards or bills.

I got a Big Skinny Mini Skinny about a month ago. It's nylon, and very thin. I keep 7 cards and some cash in it and it works great so far.

I recently got a Recycled Firefighter Sergeant. It has a money clip style elastic rather than a pocket but I don't use cash much anyway.

Maxpedition Micro Wallet for the front pocket win. Can't beat it for the price. I carry over my Louis Vuitton, Spec Ops The Wallet Jr, Coach or Dunhill.

My Mission wallet fell apart on me. My Urban Wallet has lasted a long time. Bill is not a pain to work with at all. If I need anything, I just E-mail him. He is awesome to deal with. He custom built with extra strong zipper my current wallet. I love it. Bill always takes good care of me.

Good for you. My Mission spent most of the past 10 years overstuffed with flash drives, hasn't lost a stitch, and would be my carry wallet today if it were 20% or so larger. Every single one of the three Bill's wallets I've had has had zippers come unstitched, and the last one ripped apart from the inside main pocket after the rear pocket zipper had already failed. The fabric in all was a very lousy grade of nylon and the zippers were all weak and poorly-stitched. The only thing that worked about them was the design, which included a second zipper pocket that the Mission wallet never had.

As to hassles, there used to be multiple retail sources for the wallets. Not one of them now carries them because he was too much hassle to deal with. A close friend of mine once called him and a) got nothing but grief for "distracting him from his work," despite the fact Bill kept the conversation going for better than 15 minutes, and b) refused to accept a postal MO as payment, despite the fact Bill operates out of a PO box and could cash the MO on-site with no additional hassle. He would only accept credit cards, and my friend is scrupulous about not using credit cards at all.
