Walnut -- Dialup Warning

Bill, I through pin some handles. I run the tang within 1/4" of the butt, preferrably 1/8", use a hidden pin, a rivet, file work the edges, coarsely finish the flat, and acetone the tang before epoxy. All of my handles are two pieces, so the mortise fits closely.

Thanks for answering my question! I can see how you could use hidden pins in a mortise handle, but man, for the life of me I can't see the line where the 2 pieces join! Excellent work.
