I'm cleaning out my shop and have lots of good materials available for sale. For the sake of expediency I am selling in batches and just stuffing boxes. There will be some very good deals here.

Since I'll be in and out of town for a limited time, items that sell by noon Eastern time on Tuesday will be shipped same day, while items that sell after won't ship until next Monday.

For these items I will only accept payment through paypal (or cash if you come in person). Please wait for confirmation from me before sending payment.

I anticipate that some of these items will sell fairly quickly so please reply to this thread first with an "I'll take it" to claim a batch.

OK here we go.

Batch 1 - Guard, Spacer, and Pin Material

Included in this batch is about 1 and a half sheets of .162" black G10, a 5x12 and 5x6 piece of 1/8" white G10, some scraps of various colors of micarta and G10 (good spacer material), some ultra thin G10 sheets in various colors (also good for spacer material), one bowie sized block of yellow or greenish g10 (see photos), I think 5 total 5x12 sheets of .009" phosphor bronze, and a whole bunch of stainless pins, brass pins, and 416ss barstock for guards. I also found a few other bits and pieces after I took the photos which will be included as well. This entire batch goes for $70 shipped. SOLD TO MNAVARRO

Batch 2 - Wrought Iron

No pictures, just 8 pounds of wrought iron round bar, 5 pieces roughly 8 - 10" each, approx. 7/8" round (variable). I used some of this and liked it. Nice grain. Forge it down into guard or spacer material, or make san mai billets with it. $35 shipped for the batch. SOLD TO DANIEL ROHDE

Batch 3 - Redwood Burl blocks and Mallee Burl Slab

Included in this batch are 10 blocks of redwood burl, roughly 7/8" thick, and a partial slab of mallee burl. I had the redwood stabilized by someone several years ago but never used any of it so can't tell you how good the stabilization was, nor do I remember who did it, but it looks pretty good from the outside. Very nice figure. These would work well when split up and made into scales for full tang knives. The brown mallee burl also has very nice figure. If you cut it up, stabilize it, and sand it smooth you will get probably 6 great handle blocks out of this slab. Well worth the time and effort. For reference the mallee burl slab is about 14" at its widest. This batch of wood will go for $125, shipped. SOLD TO DANIEL ROHDE

Batch 4 - Sunken Redwood, Figured Walnut, Koa, etc.

I'll let the pictures do most of the talking here. Below the tape are several large blocks of figured sunken redwood - very nice old growth redwood that was pulled off a river bottom several years ago. Very cool color and figure, polishes out great. Not stabilized but might be worth sending out to get it done. Above the tape are some pieces of figured walnut (also not stabilized), a block of eucalyptus, a piece of koa, and two unknowns - possibly dyed and stabilized maple burl? I'll let this batch go for $110 shipped. SOLD TO STACY APELT

Batch 6 - Mostly Koa
Several blocks of figured koa. Untreated. These aren't the fanciest blocks, but they'll still make nice handles. Also two blocks of Brazilian cherry and two blocks of figured Vermont sugar maple. At less than $10 a block you really can't go wrong here. $180 for the batch.

Batch 7 - Figured Vermont Maple
This is some figured Vermont sugar maple, a very beautiful, hard and stable wood. Dye it or leave it natural. 24 blocks for $140, shipped. That's just plain cheap. SOLD TO THE RUGGEDLY HANDSOME, YET CARING AND SENSITIVE KNIFEMAKER, MATTHEW GREGORY

Batch 8 - Vintage red-brown micarta - 1.5" thick blocks

oLd sChoOl red/brown micarta. Very dense. 1.5" thick chunks for bowies, choppers, etc. Biggest block is just over 5" x 8" x 1.5". You can probably get 8 solid handle blocks out of this batch, maybe more depending how you cut. $140 shipped. SOLD TO JOHN L

Batch 14 - Fossil Walrus pieces - Wow!
Super high-end stuff. Been saving these three larger pieces for years and hate to let them go. I picked through literally hundreds of pieces to get these. Solid, straight, and gorgeous colors. That brownish one down by the tape there is very large and without question the finest piece I've ever had. Awesomee streaks of color and very solid. The second piece is also very thick, solid and with wonderful creamy, caramel colors. Both belong on some big high end bowies. The long piece at the top is a bit thinner but long enough for two handles (hunters, bird & trouts) and just look at those blues!!!! $850 for the batch and those 3 smaller pieces are just an added bonus. SOLD TO JOHN L

Hi John, same thing happened to someone else as well. I sent a reminder and then it worked for him. I will do the same for you. My paypal is dickwulf@yahoo.com if you prefer to just send it straight over that way. Thanks!

Edit: went back and saw I had your email address wrong - sorry, my fault! It should be corrected now. Again apologies for the mixup
