hey all, I just got this one back from photography today, and it really is such a great package. The knife is a style i would consider a fighter, It has a hand forged blade of 1095fg, That has been hand polished and etched to reveal a pretty nice hamon.

The handle is fantastic section of stabilized walrus oosick (penile bone), that shows some sign of natural wear and decay, yet it is very solid. Personally I feel this only adds to the coolness factor. Also the natural form fits the hand perfectly with a natural flared swell at the butt of the handle , it just works.

The guard is forged from some random pattern damascus I made, and has some file work on the ends to accent its simple design. The spacer is textured and etched mild steel.

The sheath is an amazing piece of mixed function and art combined. It was made by John Cohea, he has been a maker I have wanted to work with for sometime, and this is why, his style and creativness is spot on for this piece. The sheath is a center seam style, of deer skin over veggie tanned leather. It also has a few embelishments added, and the color contrast in materials is perfect.

The overall measurements length is just over 13'', and is just over 1 1/2'' at the widest.

price for the package is $1250 to your door with priority mail delivery, also comes with padded zipper case

paypal, credit card, accepted, also will accept money order and personal check if nessicary.

feel free to contact me with any questions you may have

thanks for looking

Andrew: A great fighter I must say - love the blade profile and hamon.

Knife & sheath are both exceptionally fine. Far too fine to take to a knife fight. Would make short work of an intruder. Then at least you could clean it up right away.
Very beautiful 'package', each piece compliments the other perfectly.
