Since I have found a document regarding the purchase date of these tusks I am now offering them for sale, confidently knowing they are pre ban. They were purchased in 1950.

Personally, I would try to find a custom maker here on the forums and ask said maker to create a gentleman's knife with your Tusks as handle scales or inlays.
