I hate to sell this one, as I worked out the design with Walt, and he made it really well. Basically, short of some of the $400-500 knives out there..you arent gonna find a chopper like this one. Great lines, feels great, and performs great.
It has been used to chop, and it works great. No abuse, like throwing or anything like that. I used it last winter and it made short work of frozen birch...not an easy task!
I modified the Kydex sheath to fit in another custom leather sheath I had..it works great. The sheath has some miles on it, but I like the rugged look.
SPECS:
1/4" 5160, tip to scales=10", 9-9/16" cutting edge, 15-1/8" overall.
Natural micarta scales with stainless tubes. Grind: saber flat grind.
