My very first Brend, a DOA serial #5 out of a 20 piece run. Beautiful knife. I've always admired Mr. Brend's knives in pictures, but have never handled one until last night. The handle/guard fit & finish still amaze me. It's so smooth and precise you'd think the micarta and steel were one solid piece.

Anyways, thought I'd do the proud new parent thing and show a few pics.

Well that's a good way to start :) I handled the DOA at the NY custom knife show...here I am holding it next to Les Robertson...this should give everyone a perspective of the size of this beauty..

Thanks for the pic, it's good to put a face with Les Robertson. He was such a pleasure to deal with from placing my order those many months ago and then her delivery last week.

His website is addictive and should be banned, lol There are four other knives I'm dying to get from him.

LOL..or at least regulated :) I know what you mean though! I also bought a Brend (Eliminator) from Les...I had a good experience as well.

I have yet to handle a Brend blade that I didn't like !

His work is exceptional. . .knives are balanced, fit & finish is the best, and edge is truly scary sharp !

Beautiful knife !

Congrats
