This extraordinary piece is a build direct from Walter. I argue that is beauty and uniqueness of at the level of his auction pieces. The build construction is a tab lock, which is more complicated and harder to tune than a frame lock or liner lock build. The scale are beautiful carboquartz, a material that is just as expensive as timascus. The presentation grade mother of pearl is inlaid seamlessly. The action on this piece is fast and buttery smooth with Zero lock stick or lock rock. The blade is also special and is one of the only pieces that Walter ground from Talonite (a blade material which is completely corrosion resistant like Stellite 6k). Walter also does not use any smart machinery to build his knives, an impressive feat.
