Had a problem with my folder from Walter and emailed him that morning. He got back to me and I shipped out per his instruction. Told him to enjoy his holidays and get back to me in the new year. Also asked if he could acid wash my blade and I would cover it.

Walter did me one better and got my blade darker and gave it a full spa plus shipped me coins back for my shipping to him. And I got it back that same week.

He got your back and I will get another folder from you again in the future.

Thanks for the great customer service and sexy knife. My first custom folder ever and I love it.

This is great news. Walter is in the middle of a custom build for me and has been extremely professional and prompt so far. I look forward to the final results and am happy I can rest assured that he's a stand-up guy and will address any potential problems down the line!

Walter is great to deal with for sure, what I really liked was his communication. Was concerned with the chisel grind but proved to be a great EDC. Thanks again Mr. Wells!

I've had the pleasure of owning three knives made by Walter, two commissioned ones and one I bought second-hand:

Working with him on the design of the knife and getting to see all the progress pics makes the process very enjoyable. And the resultant knives are excellent. When you consider the relatively low prices he's asking, there's really not anyone out there doing what he's doing.

im so sad I lost my wells knife a couple of months back unless my fiance pocketed it from me. Got to email Walter about a new one maybe similar to brancrons OD green one.
