Had a recent deal with Bill and he was great to deal with. There was a problem with the knife I sent and he calmly emailed me about it and patiently waited for his refund. He handled the whole deal as a gentleman and I look forward to dealing with him in the future.

I agree 100% about Bill being a great guy to deal with. I have purchased several knives from him, and every one was just as described and delivered promptly. There is never a doubt that what you buy from Bill will be as described. Two thumbs up!
