A rather simple forged, 5160 Andersen Forge Hunter, but the customer wanted me to "get creative" with it!
So, he gave me the opportunity to hone my wire inlay "skills"!
I call this inlay theme "Wandering Vine".
Thanks for letting me share!

Karl, You weren't kidding when you said you were going to give that wire thing a try. Makes me want to take a crack at it myself.

Very nice.

I love everything about this one, but especially the guard. I really like the way the guard has been contoured into the finger groove and then rouned off. Too many makers leave them blocky and unsightly....
Great piece:thumbup:

Very nice Karl. I have been playing around a bit with silver inlay also so I have a great appreciation for what you have done. All transitions where the wires meet is a good test of your nerves :)

Very well done my friend.

How thick is the wire you are using?
