I would like to vote for the March 30th weekend. I think it would be great to have Moosez45 to run the testing.
I have wanted to attend a Beckerhead gathering for a long time so I am looking forward to this.
Definitely think it is a win win situation for all involved.

I can make either of those weekends work.
Big Chris -- so far as I know there is no requirement to own a Becker knife in order to attend a gathering.
Just show up willing to have fun or we will make fun of you.
(and bring an appetite)
I would love to have a chance to handle some of your work -- what I've seen on the exchange looks pretty tempting.

I do a lot of guiding for small and large groups in the mountains and wilderness. I'm in the white mtns, adirondacks, & berkshires a lot with groups. I'm sure some of the groups would have no problem testing out knives on the trips. Some are a week long, and a few are even longer. We take down some serious bush so any knife could be tested pretty thoroughly on one of the longer trips, especially if people have it in their mind to test the knife whenever posibilitys arise. As for the documenting & pictures, I don see that as a problem usually everyone has a camera or at least a phone and could get any info and pics you wanted.
