There is not much steel in my Glock to turn into a FBM. Maybe if Jerry can use the brass from the ammo and the spring from the mag, there maybe enough steel to make a GW.

As a non-citizen, your ignorance may be forgiven. Jerry's post states: "All transactions will be handled in accordance with ATF regulations."

That means the standard checks and measures to which you are referring. It isn't complete anarchy....

Just a nitpicky question, but I thought private transfers of firearms weren't subject to any stormtrooper regulations?

Anytime that private transfer crosses state lines there are regulations the ATF has you follow.

That's in-state. Out-of-state transfers must go through a FFL holder. Buyer has to fill out a 4473 purchase form.

anytime you ship a firearm in a sale, you must ship it to that states FFL receiver for the buyer. You must ship from your FFL as well. So now the FFL's make their money. If you happen to be travelling through the state and your firearm is legal in that state, then you can sell it private transfer without FFL if your states rules allow it, which most do. MD, CA, NY, DC, NJ, MA all have massive gun restrictions, as do most high crime liberal states. The larger the gun bans the more crime there is since the good guys cannot own a gun only the bad guys can because they don't give a crap.
 
We almost need to set up a Canadian section on this, while it is possible to send stuff back & forth over the 49th, the paperwork is staggering. Although our gun laws are somewhere between stupid & ridiculous, we do have the ability to send guns back & forth between individuals with no interprovincial restrictions (unless you're doing certian classes of guns.). Go figure??

Anyhow, any gun ownin' infi lovin' canucks out there? Sound off fella's!

theres lots of guns, beer and whiskey to be had :D

any canadians familiar with shipping firearms including pistols to the us ?
it is fairly easy to get them into canada but i was wondering what it is like to get them out
 
Be careful, Jerry has a keen eye and good taste. I sent him a massive list, a few fantastic jewels, buried in a maze of schlock. Leave it to him to pick out all the Jewels... all the ones i was on the fence about parting with. Anyhow, looks like i have about 30K in Busse credit coming my way... How many Argonne Assaults is that?
