Where to find hi-quality
photos of spyder knives?

to be used as my Windows
wall paper and screen saver

They have photos of many knives there, but not even nearly of all of them. (The images are also a bit too small for your use.)

Also the Spyderco home page seems to have lots of outdated information there. Sal, Danelle and the rest of the Spyderco crew, shame on you!

Things move so fast with Spyderco that it's sometimes hard to keep up. Please make an effort to keep the information updated.

I own most of the Spydies in Spyderco's range (or AT LEAST one of the variations offered, i.e. plainedge/spyderedge/50-50). I also have access to a digital camera, so I can certainly take a number of pics and send them to you!

I have discussed exactly this topic (better pictures for background images) with Spark about 2 months ago, and he mentioned that BladeForums is also looking at a similar venture. I don't know what became of that, though.

For an example of the photos that I took of the Matriarch a while ago (see the related thread in BF!), you can have a look at the website "http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/Campground/3803/matriarch.htm". This is basically a mirror of the site "http://www.solcon.com/Matriarch/matriarch.htm", however, I will add a LOT of new stuff in the near future (such as more photos and artwork...!!)

I hope there will be better photos
in Spyderco home page and something more.
For people who don't know much about Spyderco
to have a better idear how good these knives
are, and I think Spyderco fans also enjoy
large photos and other cool thing.
I just saw a thread about making a desktop
theme, cool! hope someone can do this!

BTW, the big pic of Blue BF Native in
Bf store is very nice, I've use it on my
Windows Decktop
