I have been doing the OKCA show for three years now and I want to start going to a second knife show this year and will look at doing others. I would like to keep the show on the west side of the country this year, the two I was looking at are the Rocky Mountain show in Boise or the Northwest Knife Collectors show in Kekso, I am open to others. What show would you do and why.

Thanks

Chuck,

I was at the Kelso show last year and it had decent turnout. I heard from a couple people that they did well. Maybe someone who had a table will add more thoughts. I'd like to see that show grow as it's close to both Portland and Seattle...and as a younger show has potential! It's also close enough you could drive back and forth if needed. I'm thinking about a table if the cards fall right.

I've heard mixed reviews about Boise, but plan on going this year even if just to help Greg Haile.

I was a table holder at Blade last year for my first time and instanly knew I wanted to book it again for 2012. Blade just to me seems like if your going to do one or two shows a year, Blade should be one of them. Now I am thinking about doing a second show like your thinking about. I have thought about the OKCA or perhaps AG Russel's Knife Event.

If I end up doing two shows a year, I want them to be spaced apart time wise. For me, travel is going to be consideration, no matter where I end up doing the second show.
