So here is the deal. I have a folding lockpick set that I want to be attached to a small swiss army knife; probably a bantam. You could literally just remove the scales on the swiss army knife, glue the folding pickset to it, and fill around the pickset with something like carbon fiber and then rescale the other side with carbon fiber to match. The pickset is smaller than a bantam in every dimension so it would fit very nicely in there. It really would not be that hard I just dont have the time, or the shop space to do this in.
Anyone up for this complicated SAK mod? I can send pics in better detail of what I want if anyone is up for the challenge.
If not up for that, how about you make me a full custom slipjoint knife with a lockpick set like this somehow worked into the design? Either just storage for the lock picks in the scales of the knife, or somehow work a folding pick set into the design? This would be a perfect EDC if you ask me for when you or your friends get locked out. I can explain more if you are interested. This would be such a cool knife!
