Close: I've got a Sigma 18-55 f2.8 (rev 2, the Macro one, but not the current OIS one). It was in a bag that got dropped and the filter shattered. Though I think I've cleaned it all out, the value is set figuring it might be not perfect: $100 shipped.
 
Thank you. Which model exactly please, since Sigma adds tons of letters after model?

The full name tag on the side reads:
Sigma DC 18-50mm 1:28 EX Macro
It's got the original hood but a replacement cap
